Our honey is "Wildflower" honey. Meaning it is a mix of the local floral sources. Black locust, Tulip poplar and Clover are the main nectar sources for Harford County Maryland. We also grow a mix of herbs, flowers and produce in addition to our bees being in a local orchard. Our honey is usually a medium amber color but occasionally we get and seperate light and dark honey.
